George it’s a lifesaver! Our car battery went flat and I was stranded back home. I remembered that I had warranty still on the battery and called up ultra tune Newtown. I provided my details and they immediately showed up at my home to replace the battery. The best thing is, George came all the way from Sydney to our new home in Cardiff by Newcastle. This extra effort goes beyond anything I’ve experienced in customer service. Thanks a lot. Keep up the great work!
Popped a tyre other right outside, went in and they fixed it for us within 10 minutes free of charge. Stellar service.
Absolute thieves. Charged me for three new tyres but only put on two. Recently my partner had a service and they charged two hours for a service of a virtually brand new car. And an air filter that she didnt need. Just gross
