Ultra Tune North Ryde is great. The woman at reception was so friendly and helpful. The mechanic who did my pink slip was also great, I needed new windscreen wipers in order to pass the rego check and he explained how the other ones were faulty. The new ones work wonderfully now. Thanks again Ultra Tune!
I have been to see Ken a couple of times and he has gone above and beyond to look after me. He has been accommodating as I try to squeeze in bookings on Saturdays around family commitments. Location also very handy to get errands done while the car is being worked on. Trustworthy and at a fair price - can't ask for more.
Excellent service, knowledge & communications. My Audi dealer wanted $4K to fix a coolant system related 'issues' at my annual service, they could not explain the problem and gave me no confidence that it was money worth spending. I bought my car here and the team at Ultra Tune was able to identify the issue, explain to me the problem, and confirm that it was not an urgent 'must' fix. Very happy with their honesty and professionalism and technical knowledge.
