A mechanic who actually knows his stuff. Luke was amazing. I was failed by another franchised Ultra Tune for m Ute's sensor issue and spent about $1000 replacing unrelated parts. The actual failure was obvious on OBD II sensor and Luke and team needed an hour and about $290 to fix. Highly recommended.

When I almost gave up on the possibility of finding a trustworthy and good mechanic, I met Luke from Ultra Tune Auto at Knox City. I had been suffering with my ABS brakes on my car for a while now. Funny how after they changed managers my driver's (key only not central locking) door lock suddenly didn't work right after I got home from a service. I doubt this new guy can even use a physical key properly. Doesn't fill me with confidence that he knows how to do anything else properly either.
