So far I have had nothing but helpful interactions with John ( manager) and find him easy to deal with and very personable, especially when the wheels fall off my old car ( not literally) My son put me on to ultra tune Knox when his car was needing attention and his words were, “ give John a call at Ultra Tune, seems nice” so I have on several occasions. Word of mouth is the best for of advertising and I’m happy to spread the word. 😁😁😁
