TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brought a voucher for 300$ for 2 car services from the Kew Center. The voucher covers standards service and says ‘specialize in European car’. I have an Alfa Romeo. They were no able to reset the car computer for next service due which is part of a standard service. I had to take a car in a second time to try to test a device that they obtained somehow and that failed too. I had a minor car accident out the front of Ultra Tune Kew. Resulting in a flat tire, so I went inside and asked for a hand. The man behind the best dropped what he was doing and come out and not only help but changed the tire for me. He was an absolute legend! Great people
