The customer service (by the area manager apparently) was outstanding. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a car servicing business. While my car is unfortunately truely stuffed, I will be continuing to be a customer here.

I cant speak for the rest of the staff but I had the worst customer experience of my life here with one staff member who refused to estimate (not quote mind you, just estimate) on a repair job, then proceeded to argue with me for the next 10 minutes when I pointed out that this policy would lose them business.
