Friendly and professional staff , very good experience.
I had a very bad experience with Ultra Tune Bibra Lake. I trusted them with my car service, but they failed to do even the basic checks properly. They did not check my brakes, and within just a few days I had to replace them myself. On top of that, they didn’t fit the engine oil plug properly, which caused constant oil leakage. I only noticed it by chance, and when I visited another auto shop, they told me that if I had driven a little longer, the engine could have been seriously damaged.
