Found the staff very friendly & helpful I have been going to Ultra Tune for over 13yrs always satisfied with the work on my car
Being a retired mechanic myself (now full time mum) I didn’t not have the time to tend to my urgent car repair. Was very happy with the price, time to repair and job carried out. Staff were and are unaware of my previous skill sets, and I was nicely surprised that they did not rip off or talk down to a female, they were very professional. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately in the world we live in where you cant even trust your local mechanic in such a large company as Ultra Tune. All i can say is, It pays to do your own research when it comes to costs of repairs especially if your a women and you have no idea mechanically , its women who are most vunerable to those taking financial advantage of people like myself that dont know any better .
