I am not satisfied with the service I received from Riverlink Ultra Tune and would give it a zero-star rating if I could. Rob's communication was unclear, and he was unable to provide a quote for a general service. As the manager, he should be able to quote for a standard service immediately. Great customer service .. Rob is the kinda fella who won't bullshit to ya .. he says it how it is when it comes to cars .. which I appreciate that .. I've had to many mechanics take the money and do the work but in the grand scheme of things sometimes the car is beyond repair or costs way to much to fix for the value of the car
Service time pickup time was on time. Convi enent location. Friendly personnel and straightford explanations of service performed.
