Went in with a problem, it was initially misdiagnosed which unfortunately cost time to rectify. But we all know cars are complicated what matters is how the business handles it. These guys at UT HP, I was dealing with Urkan, didn’t shy away from fixing the problem and doing it at a reasonable and fair price. In the end they did the job right bringing the situation to a fair outcome. That’s all you expect from a business, to own the situation putting customer first. Thanks for your help - would recommend.
