Best car service experience I’ve ever had. My car genuinely drives better now than when I bought it in 2020. John was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain the work that needed to be done. My partner also had his car serviced here and was just as impressed. Highly recommend!
John was great, informative, precise and got my car working great after needing a lot of work done on it - gave it to him for a day and a half and had it working perfectly afterwards!
At late notice on a Friday afternoon, I rang Hawthorn Ultratune with a brake fluid hose issue. I am from Mildura in Melbourne for a wedding and don’t know the area very well. Even being fully booked and busy, John gave me time and support. He quickly had the car on a hoist and assessed. Then he tried around various places to source a hose to fix the issue.
