Incredible customer service and attention to detail! Jon and his team went out of their way to accomodate our car service and offered such old fashioned genuine customer service which we really appreciated. We were kept well informed of the car service as well including additional repairs suggested for our vehicle that we decided to proceed with and which were carried out very quickly for us. This is the second time we have taken our vehicle to Ultra Tune Fortitude Valley and we highly recommend!

Jon was upfront and transparent with the pricing, he was sure to give me a diagnosis before starting any work and got both rear wheel bearings replaced quickly and for a great price. First time using Ultra Tune Newstead and I’ll definitely be back for future servicing and maintenance!
