I had to get a RWC and Rick was very pleasant to deal with, highly recommended. To my surprise, my car had a makeover (a wash) which I was very happy about - they also topped up my windscreen fluids - thank guys much appreciated
I really don't know why there are bad reviews! I've had my car serviced here a couple of times and each time he rings and asks if I want something fixed, that he discovered. He NEVER just does it then charge me extra! Today I just drove in, no appointment, and asked if they could check my oil coz it was low (yes yes hopeless female)and ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
