I had unbelievable experience at my first visit to the Ultra Tune Ferntree Gully. Was quoted a very reasonable price for my repair and the work was done in time. Was gobsmacked when Dave told me at pick up that the cost was $100 cheaper than quoted as they got the parts cheaper. This has never happened in 35 years of car servicing. Not only was the work done to a high standard, Dave explained patiently, the intricacies of future maintenance. Great integrity and service - Well Done team.
I used to take my car to Subaru and recently noticed their quality and care dropped significantly. Decided to try something else, they guys are not only cheaper but there's definitely a more personal feel with this ultra tune. I've decided to keep going back and hopefully they maintain, it's an absolute pain trying to find a good mechanic... 11 June 2025 Still getting great service from Dave and his crew. This is the second car that I have had Dave and his team service for me, over the years, I have always found that Dave is through and professional in looking after my cars and I trust him implicitly. He is honest in his business dealings and will not try to sell me something that is not required. Nor will he use 'grey market' parts, he always uses original replacement parts on my cars.
