I booked a service for my car on 20/6/2025 at Ultra Tune. I dropped it off in the morning as agreed. Later that day, the mechanic called to ask if I was happy to pay an extra $40 for an oil change, but did not provide me with a clear quote or the total cost of the service. Shortly afterwards, he called again to say my car was ready. When I went to collect it, I was charged $791.65 He told me the engine was fine and everything was good. Reasonable service. Was relatively fast. Disappointed to have an additional charge added that was not included in the quote, was not flagged in advance and I had no opportunity to approve. Just had to pay it. Owner states below 'we have not served a customer with this name' so I've attached the stamped invoice - can confirm I was a customer and final price exceeds quoted price without approval
