Alex is really thorough, honest and up front about costs before doing any work. Service costs are reasonable. Really nice guy
We went in for an inspection on a used vehicle for pre-purchase check and received fantastic service from all the staff, particularly the owner Alex. Our check was done promptly and at great detail, Alex sat us down post the check and discussed all the notable items raised during the check. Alex worked diligently and professionally and I couldn’t recommend him high enough.

Alternator went on the Thursday. Called round a load of mechanics in Cromer. Many witching 1/4 of a km away and non came to help me. Called Ultra Tune and within 10 mins drove round the corner, towed me to theirs, and fixed within a day and back on the road in no time. Wasn’t to sure about the price at $680 for a new alternator but with that said I cannot complain cos their amazing personal service and humility. Top guys, really decent and I cannot go by without recommending them! Decent!
