Will never take my car here again! It’s places like this that make people not trust mechanics. I booked in my newly acquired (1 week) BMW X1 for a standard service. Firstly, they sent me a video for quoted repairs for my “X3” instead of X1. They told me I needed $2,350 worth of repairs done on the spot, including new brake pads and sensors. Supposedly they ordered parts for an X3, not an X1 and of course they didn’t fit, therefore delaying the repairs.
