I’m leaving this comment because people really need to know. In this workshop, I believe some mechanics acted in bad faith. A woman brought her car in due to overheating issues related to the head gasket, and yet she was told that the car needed a full engine replacement because of that fault According to what she was told, the car needed a complete engine replacement, when in reality, based on a second opinion, it only requires a head gasket repair—nothing as serious as replacing the entire engine. Special consideration to Jack ! very efficient with customers, he paid attention of whatever I needed and has given me solutions which I appreciated. And ….. I appreciated the courtesy car service. I will continue of course servicing my car with “UltraTune” Well done !!! Give you “5 Star”
I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this workshop. The prices are a complete rip-off—far too high for what was provided. I expected better service, but overall it was a letdown.
