Ultra Tune Clayton is the best mechanic I've ever used and they go out of their way to provide an amazing customer experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and helped me understand what needed to be done on my car. I had a punctured tire and was unable to get the car to the shop, they sent out a mechanic to take the tire and broughtt a new one back then took the car to the shop for a full service. DANGEROUS work and zero accountability. Owner Henry just wants to cut costs as their level of service has dropped significantly since he took over the business. Charged us for works never done, and gave car back in dangerous condition. They ‘repaired’ my (formerly mum's) car twice, stripped threads, damaged the sills, damaged sump plug which was sikaflexed shut. Took both my family cars to Henry and the guys at Ultra Tune Clayton for servicing and full check-up and could not be more pleased with the service and pricing. Transparent and quality work!
