I went in for a rear brake replacement on my Mitsubishi Outlander and was happy with the original quote of $265. However, when I received the invoice, it was over $300. I was able to negotiate it down to $280 after mentioning a competing quote from UltraTune Belmont. I was disappointed with this experience, especially since the shop had such good reviews. On top of that, with all the confusion, I forgot to ask about the brake wear as well. I'll leave a 4-star review, as I do want to try them again for a scheduled service.
