They just lost me as a long-time customer after huge quotes for work 'found' on a service—that and the 70% markup on auto transmission fluid. Found some water near radiator header tank. Didn't investigate, just quoted $980! Can you imagine paying $385 (the labour component) to fit a radiator (that's staring at you when you open the bonnet)? I've just done a 700+km round trip. Friendly and helpful front of house service. Mechanical service was performed as per scheduled service booklet and the car was clean and tidy on pickup.
