Very rude customer service and unprofessional not helpful at all

Great team that conducted the service, kept me informed of any issues and costing all the way.
Took my partners Mazda CX30 in for 40k service the car has only 21,700 km on the clock. Was told rear shock absorber was leaking and they quoted $750 to replace. We went to Mazda and they inspected and explained that it was just seepage of the manufacturing process which was quite normal and the car was absolutely OK. So just saved ourselves $750 !!!!! Not very impressed Ultra Tune
