Goran and Amanda provide a high level of service. They are more then happy to take the time to answer any of my questions and explain things in an easy and understandable way. I just received the most unprofessional customer service over the phone. I was constantly cut off and over talked when I tried to ask questions to get a better understanding of the service. What took the bad customer service to the next level was wishing me a Merry Christmas at the end of the call. How incredibly childish and unprofessional. The ladies name that I spoke to was Sheryl. The person is representing Ultra Tune. My last service was also done in Ultra Tune (South Melbourne) with no issues.
