Very bad experience recently. Service done in 19/5/2/26 for Ultra Tune Carlisle. Car showed ASC system service request. Took photo during alert showed and check with Ultra Tune Carlisle staff. I have been told even showed service alert, but repair needs. Send car back to fix. Been called 9:30 in the morning said work done, can be picked up any time. Paid and picked up after work in the afternoon, alart still there. Asked refund, but been told the invoice showed maintenance not repair. But we requested repair, why only dealt ... read more
