We make an appointment a week in advance to give the garage time to order the part needed for our vehicle. And when we arrive on the day of the appointment, they tell us they haven't ordered the part on the pretext that they don't order parts without having the vehicle already in the garage... In that case, what's the point of making an appointment? And how can we find a solution without leaving the vehicle immobilised for several days? I can’t thank Leroy at Ultratune Carlisle enough! The driver’s side door on my Ford Focus wouldn’t close due to a faulty actuator — a stressful situation, especially with work and two young kids. Leroy ordered the part on Monday, it arrived Tuesday, and by 4pm on Tuesday I was back on the road. His service was personable, efficient, and genuinely helpful when I really needed it.
