Good, informative staff. Things that needed to be addressed immediately were explained well... & things that could wait 6 months or even to the next service were also explained to me. There was no pressure to do things that could wait to do them now. I find that refreshing. Sure, if things need doing now, let's get them done, but if I can put off doing other things, then let me save a bit of money.
