Great service. Supervisor Tom and team have done an awesome service and practically redone my Kia. I recommend.
Booked a service and knew there were some issues with my car going in (2007 Mazda 6). It appeared to be still driving great but I recognised there were some things that needed addressing. Tom was quite transparent about what those problems were and whether they were “I’d get it fixed sooner rather than later” problems or “that’ll be an issue later but it’s totally fine for the moment” problems. Staff EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, based on what I saw, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. If you go through all reviews, you can see these blokes have 99 stories trying to get away from any complaints. They simply can’t be trusted. Had the lowest rating among their Ultratune peers, so says it all and guess what…they immediately responded with one fake story and said my rating is not a real reflection of level of their service .. which is kind of true…because Google does not allow you to give them a 0/5... read more
