Ultratune Booval has excellent staff, courteous management and well trained mechanics, they have gone out of their way to accommodate me with my services at I time that suits my schedule and my cars are always serviced well and kept thoroughly clean during the works. Thanks Ultratune. 5 STARS.
Honestly if I could give 0 I would. Left my car there for a day to get the aircon repaired. They diagnosed the problem and just needed to regass it around lunchtime. But 40 mins before closing they called to say they had lost the job card and didn't complete it. Not impressed. They said we'd need to rebook, but provided no discount to price for added extra convenience of having to go another day without the car, which sealed my decision to go elsewhere.
Thank you for the service on Theodore - he has done a lot of miles, but with good service there are a few more in him.
