Been having my car serviced there for over a decade and they have never felt taken advantage of as a female. The team are personable and really competent.
Mel and the team did a fantastic job! A couple of my flatmates had already had positive experiences with Ultratune Ashgrove, and they did not disappoint :) Mel is a legend - she was friendly and direct with communications, and promptly kept me up to date every step of the way. The price was also very fair. Impressive all round !
