I have use these bandits twice now, The VIP customer discount card, which cost $200 is barely legal under South Australian law, so called $165 free labour, first hour means that tripling the price of parts used, also a hidden $30 sur charge for dumping a a few litres of oil into their skip bin, which of course they will say that it's disposed of responsibly. Booked the car in for a new clutch on a Monday, dropped off on the Wednesday ready for a Thursday start. The car was to be ready on the Friday or Saturday at the latest. My husband called Friday to see when it would be ready and they were going to call him back.
