Overcharged and poor service Booked a general service and pink slip, expecting around $350. Paid $469 and got no pink slip (failed due to a leaking shock absorber, but still charged), and no air or cabin filters replaced. They claimed the high price was for a "logbook service," yet couldn't find the logbook sitting in my glove box. I later discovered my brake light wasn't working, so clearly it wasn't checked. Poor value and poor communication. Won't be returning.
Amazing staff, they are always so nice and easy to talk to. My car runs so much better after I pick it up from the shop and Ive never had a problem.

Overall a good mechanic. I am not one to complain I just pay my bills no questions asked but I'm just noticing this more and more, overcharging for parts when already paying a huge amount for labour. I was charged $21.50 per litre for 5.6 litres total totalling $121 .. for a 2011 Hilux workmate it doesn't need premium oil and sorry to sound skeptical but I doubt this was even used for my ute. I search exact same oil everywhere and its fraction of the price and I rang the ultra tune nearby and they are $16 per litre for same ... read more
