Average customer service as well as potential lack of competence or perhaps their equipment is faulty, took over 4 hours for service and wheel alignment on the first day, had to go back few days later cause wheel alignment wasn’t done properly, another 3.5 hours wasted there and car on the hoist multiple times that finally ended up with same results!!! I can’t recommend Rob and the team at Ultra Tune Marsden Park highly enough. My car broke down with a clutch and gearbox issue so I had it towed straight to them. After the initial repairs Rob called me and told me he still wasn’t completely happy with how the car was driving. Instead of just handing it back he had his team pull everything apart again and go over it at no extra cost because he wanted to make sure it was absolutely right.
