I had horrible experience today with them. In the morning I left my car with them and they told it's going to be done in 4 hrs. When I went to pick up the car they told me it's not done as one of the worker got sick. I understand this can happen to anyone but what I am annoyed is they didn't make any effort to contact me or inform me and also there was no sorry no apology at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I took my car to Ultra Tune for a rego inspection. They found a leak, showed me a video of the issue, and gave me a quote to repair it. I appreciated the clear communication and was happy to have the work done. After collecting my car, two warning lights came on that weren't there before. I called them, and they booked me in straight away. They explained that a younger mechanic had likely triggered something while cleaning the underbody and fixed the problem, which I really appreciated. Had a dissapointing experience with ultra tune at Marsden Park. I am not one to complain I just pay my bills no questions asked but I'm just noticing this more and more, taking advantage of people. My partner goes to the same ultra tune and she was charged significantly less than I was charged on parts, oil and service even when it's the exact same parts or oil.
