This was the second time I bought my car back to Ultra Tune in North Melbourne. TJ is fantastic, personable and thorough. He explains exactly what is wrong with your car and either shows you the car's internals or diagrams so you understand how it is supposed to work. I really like this about the service – it's an opportunity to learn and be informed about what is wrong, why it needs fixing and how it was/will be fixed.
