Recently I had the opportunity to work with Ultra Tank Services (Bellingham) and they are wonderful to work with. I purchased a home a few months ago that had an old oil tank in the ground. It was still functioning but since I wanted to transition away from this fuel source, it made sense to have the oil tank decommissioned and removed. This company closed a generator's underground storage tank for my organization. They did a great job of communicating during the process, safely closed the tank, worked with the regulators for final reporting and fixed the invoice when it had an issue. I would highly recommend using these folks!
Didn't listen to the problem our station was having. 4 repair attempts. Didn't show up when they said they would. Decided to do repairs that didn't fix the problem. Where confrontational in person. Saying what we where experiencing isn't possible. Even though they physically had the issue happen to them. It was clearly beyond their skill level, they refused to return because I attempted to hold them accountable for what work they did do. Would never recommend for anything. Worse experience I've had in this business.
I called on a Friday afternoon with a concern on a commercial underground tank not keeping prime. Tom was there Monday helped us prime the recirculation pump and got us running. Thanks
They are the best. Especially Tom Pulver.
