Wasn't familiar with the Menifee area but found Ultra Steam Cleaning and liked the reviews. Todd was very professional and polite. He did a really great job on my three couches. super super communicative, on time, did exactly what they said they would....my wear patterns (traffic areas) are "my problem"...they cleaned my carpet with total satisfaction....happy with the service and pricing. I feel super glad I gave them a chance, next time it will be Paul's for sure!
