These people don’t know what they are doing. They are suppose to close at 7:15. I was never told that they cut the line beforehand when ever they feel like. I called and they said if you are here before 7:00 then you are good. I drove from deep Long Island and came at 6:50 and they weren’t allowing anyone. I explained to the guy and he didn’t even want to talk. Good thing I didn’t get the unlimited deal the last time I came. NEVER coming here again.
Overall, the service is good. Management is friendly and approachable. The membership is great for anyone who likes to get frequent washes a month. However, I can't give them 5 stars due to some shotty washes. I have a black car, and don't expect it given back to me with noticeable bird droppings on my hood. I've noticed new faces, and they don't seem to put effort into the wash, and when I point out the white bird droppings on my black car, they almost seem resentful of me having them address those droppings.
