Where do I start, this place USED TO BE GOOD. You were able to get a good wash at a decent price. Now they just overcharge you for a dingy wash that is not reflective of the price. Not to mention they are now charge $2 to wash mats LMAO a damn joke if i could give this place 0 stars I would. They still seem to be busy and im not sure why i guess when you need your car cleaned immediately you dont care for PRICE OR QUALITY. Do better.

I live nearby, so I come to this car wash regularly. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple issues with personal belongings going missing from my car while the employees are cleaning it. This has happened more than once, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I bring the issue to the owner’s attention, he says he will check the CCTV and look into it, but nothing actually seems to be done. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I drove all the way to this location specifically to get my car washed, only to be turned away because of an error with their app. I was then told I couldn’t use any other location either. If there is a technical issue with the company’s app, that should not become the customer’s problem—especially after they’ve already taken the time to drive to the location.
