Constantly trying to get you to pay more for services. Every visit they mix up which services I ordered and have to correct them. The aesthetician I went to was always rude. Forget it if you have to reschedule an appointment, either a busy line or they hang up when transferring you.
This is a wonderful med spa! I have been coming for several years to see Lisa Williams who is a Nurse Practitioner, for botox and other facial injectables. Lisa is a master and a perfectionist and really takes the time to fully evaluate my wants and needs. What I love about her is she won't hesitate to let me know when she feels something is not right for me and should not be overdone. If you want to go somewhere where yhey do not listen to you about the services you want this is the place for you. They over sell services and didnt even ask me what results i wanted.
I have had all of my Laser Hair Removal and Botox done with Ultra Smooth Skin for about 5 yrs now. Being I have obviously aged from 30 to 35 I decided recently I wanted to do a little more "preventative " Botox than I have in my past. I normally would get my "elevens" done, I am pretty sure that is what they are commonly called, but this time around I did my forehead, elevens, and around the outside of my eyes. I originally bought a Groupon to try out this laser spa and was immediately impressed that they have you meet with an NP (which most places don’t do), so this made me feel more at ease with their laser practices. I love that they schedule even on Saturdays which works best for my schedule and that I have the reassurance of seeing the same person each time I come for my appointment.
