I came in to Ultra Shine to see if they could help smooth over a dull spot on my car that had been caused by me trying to clean up some pigeon poop left after a pre-sale detail done by another detailer (who had refused to help me with the spot). The guys at Ultra Shine fixed the problem immediately, and they also refused to let me pay anything for it.
