One Star. As an Adjuster it was ok. But Don’t recommend this company . They took 2 years to recover my house from a fire incident, I am glad they did, but at the end I found out that Justin Lied to the city because he FORGOT to put insulation behind the drywalls. Now my electricity bill is very high and my house not insulated. Hope nobody has to go through this.

Ultra did an exceptional job of not only collaborating with my insurance adjusters and myself at our residence after hurricane Ian, but they also persevered in working with other representatives at my insurance company, ultimately ensuring that we received the compensation we deserved.
