I joined Dr Arthur in 2023 and she has been one of the best healthcare decisions I’ve ever made. Dr Arthur is warm, curious and thoughtful in her approach to caring for her patients. Every time I see her, she is interested not only in what I’ve come in to her office about, but in my overall current health and well being. She never blows off a question, and follows up every appointment with a thorough, written synopsis, including her recommendations for care (not just a prescription). Try her out!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Christy Arthur. It feels like an investment when you sign up for services like this, but I know she has *saved* me money over a typical year. She takes the time to really listen to what is going on in my life instead of shoving me through the factory line of prescriptions. She genuinely wants to help. If this is at all attainable for you and your family, you should do this. I recommend her to everyone I know.
Dr. Arthur is a skilled, caring and compassionate physician. She is sharp and detail oriented. She practices evidence-based medicine and stays up to date. Her empathy, love, and authenticity is palpable. She’s a special person. Roanoke is lucky to have her.
Dr. Christy Arthur is a very attentive and personable physician. During my visits, I feel heard and my concerns are thoughtfully addressed. Her clinic is beautiful and inviting, not like a typical PCP office. She comes highly recommended.
I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with Dr. Arthur and Ultra Primary Care. After several years of seeing varying doctor's and specialists, Dr. Arthur took the time to actually listen, and then partner with me for a plan for my personal health care.
