It's always better to underpromise and overdeliver and understand that the words you say carry weight ... but only if followed by actions. Chris Smith reached out to me after I had reached out to The Water Club of America to set up weekly maintenance and leak detection. This was a company I was familiar with, so when Chris texted me out of the blue stating he was from "Ultra Pool Cleaning", I had no idea who he was. Was he representing the Water Club? Do not use this company. If you do, ask your tech for his or her credentials, no one is licensed . Poor workmanship, failed to do what we paid for, left electrical exposed, missed scheduled cleaning days, my pool was green more than it was clear. In my opinion it's easier to have integrity then be shady.
