I have been to a number of really good PTs over the years, and I was hoping for more from this office. Unfortunately, they were the least methodical I’ve worked with. I think my PT was kind and knowledgeable, and she might be a fit for some, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a more structured approach and to not waste their time at their appointments doing simple exercises that can be done on your own time at home as part of a structured, documented program that you should expect from your PT. I asked them to respect that I’m allergic to dog when I’m doing my PT the first appointment to keep the dog away it was one that day and the 2nd times they allow two dogs around me one attack me as well as run after me after notifying them prior to my 1st appointment when I arrived and saw the dog it shouldn’t have been an issue . After I was attacked I was told he’s a good dog no apology or anything.

I am leaving this review specifically regarding the front desk and customer service. I recently had to cancel an appointment same-day and asked if the cancellation fee could be waived. The front desk rejected the request, which I understand is their policy. However, when I subsequently asked to pay the fee offline, the receptionist immediately warned me that the billing office would call me three times and then send my account to a collection agency.
