I am leaving this review specifically regarding the front desk and customer service. I recently had to cancel an appointment same-day and asked if the cancellation fee could be waived. The front desk rejected the request, which I understand is their policy. However, when I subsequently asked to pay the fee offline, the receptionist immediately warned me that the billing office would call me three times and then send my account to a collection agency. Dr. Clancy has the ideal mix of pushing me, knowing when I've overdone it, and adapting to whatever I need. The people are thoughtful and friendly, excellent equipment.
