However, if your phone is outdated, it might make more sense to invest in a new device and take advantage of port-out deals, which can often include free phones and discounted plans. I went there a few weeks back to get a screen replacement. Service was great and price was fair but the issue I am having is the replacement screen has a issue where it shows a gray bar running from the top to bottom (front camera to charger). The bar is very noticeable mostly when viewing anything with lowlight such as a black. I was thinking maybe it's a backlight problem but I'm not 100% sure myself I was told by one of the representatives there that not all screens are made the same and there would always be defects. Excellent customer service. However I'm disappointed! I purchased the Galaxy 6 Edge plus in july 2016. I've had several problems with the phone prior to today. Well on Feb 8, 2017 the phone data stopped completely. I took the phone back to ultra page for them to tell me that my phone had been blacklist. Not only that when I purchased the phone I was never informed that the phone was originally a Verizon phone. I feel betrayed. This information was never disclosed until after my purchase and problems with this phone!!!!
