The old korean lady was at the reception desk when i tried to check in for my appointment talking to me while putting her hands in my face her name is Mea or Mia.. I booked with Dave for a collagen pedi but he gave me a different kind he wanted to give me instead of what i asked for then when i made a request during my nail appointment he got an attitude but i wanted to change the color of my french tip (which was not yet cured). i honestly hate how they charge additional for shape when you ask for natural i didn’t get a shape i got regular & my nails are $110 for french tips with dots

This is the second time I’ve booked an appointment and shown up just to have to wait nearly 40 minutes to be seen. Unsure what the point of the appointment service is if you don’t respect the time of it.
