This is an update to the review posted by Orphan Annie. **UPDATE 9.17.26** I emailed the installation manager Hayley on August 19th asking to get the pool replacement scheduled and no one ever emailed me back. My husband finally called back a couple weeks later and was told by Ryan that it was scheduled for the 14th-16th of September and no one had even told us that it was on the schedule, let alone asked us if those dates worked. We purchased an above ground pool from Ultra Modern on West Kellogg on 4.2.26. It was installed on 5.6, 5.7 & 5.8.26. After filling the pool completely, we took a water sample in on 5.9.26 and after the analysis, we were instructed to add three chemicals, one of those being 10 lbs of shock. We took another water sample in on 5.11.26 and our chlorine was literally miles off the chart and this analysis instructed us to add 9 more chemicals to the pool, 7 of which we didn’t have and would have to purchase. Terrible service. I have been trying for over two months to have my hot tub diagnosed and fixed. They charged me $600 to have four men come move my hot tub less than 2 feet so they could get to the side panel. I was told it would be diagnosed at that time, but it was not. I had to make multiple calls to have someone come back to diagnose it. After it was diagnosed, I had to call and text multiple times to get the repair quote. Then it took a couple weeks for the part to come in and for another person to come out to make the ... read more
