They were apologetic and took the time to explain what had happened, while also acknowledging that it didn’t excuse the situation I went through. I am surprised to read that the reviews say that this company has good communication skills when I have had nothing but the worst experience with them. I have been trying to use my warranty that they claim I have with my turf and we’re coming up on a year of trying to get it replaced and that’s just the beginning of it.
