I’m amazed with this company. It’s obvious to me that the Ultra-Guard team makes it their mission to please their customers. The customer service makes be a believer and that phenomenal customer service lives. The product is equally amazing and I feel secure in knowing that my bright white sofas are safe from dirt and spills. I’m a perfectionist so I am so happy I found out about this product.

I've had the pleasure of working with (and representing) Ultra-Guard on many work orders, and I can personally say that the Ultra-Guard team is one of the best at customer service and communication. Their team is extremely responsive to me anytime I need them! The product is also superior in protecting fabrics such as upholstery and area rugs for example. We used Ultraguard to clean an ottoman and also protect several pieces of high-end furniture. We had to have the technician come back out to re-clean the ottoman and Victoria was extremely responsive, fast and helpful in getting that done. I will say, if you purchase the five-year warranty and you live in the city limits, there is a $125 fee for the technician to come and clean any stain. We weren’t told this before we purchased the warranty, so I’m quite disappointed in that regard.
