I can't say enough about this company. After installing my new furnishings, my designer suggested that I call Ultra-Guard to protect my new upholstery and rugs. With two children and an Australian Shepherd puppy, this sounded like a good idea. They were professional from the very beginning. Ultra-Guard doesn’t work!!! We have 2 white slipcover sofas for our beach rental and decided to buy 4 bottles ($150) to spray on our couches since the guests spill food and drinks on them. It doesn’t work!! Every week we come to clean the rental and there are stains all over couches and we can’t hardly get them out. We used to use a topical carpet cleaner to get stains out but now it doesn’t seem to work very well since we sprayed Ultra-Guard on them. This is about the terrible customer service. (I recently sprayed a mid-size recliner and a small sectional; I have no intention of spilling something on them to test the efficacy.) I spoke with the Sales manager, Connie Flemming. She said I would need 3 bottles and sold them to me. I only needed 1 1/3 bottles for 2 solid applications. I sent her an email about this and 'suggested' she over-sold me. She never responded.

Terrible customer service. Took off from work to be home and tech didn't show up during the 12-2 contacted time window- was told by a rep they came but we have Ring security and NO ONE came. Wound up waiting FIVE hours for another tech to come and when he did he sprayed 6 chairs, stayed for a total of 12 minutes, and charged $300. Hope we never get a stain and have to call them back...

A total sham!!!! They were very willing to charge me hundreds of dollars to stain guard my furniture but as soon as I called to have them come back to remove a stain...whoops! they "forgot" to tell me that the 5-year warranty only applies if you live in the right service area. Even worse because the warranty was discussed when I bought the service. Shame on them. They should only take business if it's in their service area and be super upfront about the warranty contingency. They sold me on the 5-year warranty and then baile... read more

Horrible horrible horrible service.....bought the product, did what they told me to, got a stain from a fallen flower on my $2500 sofa called they said they were not responsible...asked to have a technician come out and remove stain it's been 4 days no response...putting review w Yelp and BBB..DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS A SHAM
