Poor quality products of Ply Gem windows for Legacy Homes Willow Creek. Windows frames are yellowish. The home builder Legacy Homes feels that yellow windows are ok on a new home. Window screen is white. Window frames are yellowing. House is 2 years old.
These guys are Lennar contractors and absolutely useless, cheap material, terrible install and Lennar can’t even get a hold of them for warranty related issues. How are you people still in business??
Dec. 2020, I placed an order for a sliding glass door and screen door. I was told 3-4 weeks. Nearly 3 months pass (Mar. 2021), and didn't hear a single peep from them. Called them, and they said they didn't see any order for me.
