These guys are Lennar contractors and absolutely useless, cheap material, terrible install and Lennar can’t even get a hold of them for warranty related issues. How are you people still in business??

Dec. 2020, I placed an order for a sliding glass door and screen door. I was told 3-4 weeks. Nearly 3 months pass (Mar. 2021), and didn't hear a single peep from them. Called them, and they said they didn't see any order for me. So I try to place another order for the same items, but the guy I spoke to (can't remember his name, but it may have been Juan) said he will look into whether he could find my previous order -- he said he would call me back. Had an appointment scheduled between 8am and 12pm. Called at 1:30pm to find out when they were coming and was told in another hour. Spoke to their "customer service rep" and he said someone would be there in 20min. If they want you to stay home all day waiting they need to say that upfront. We have things to do and businesses to run just as they do. Commit to your time-frames and don't overbook!
