Hank is great ... BUT, the new doctors that are running this program come across as hacks. I had a back injury. I wanted to discontinue or suspend my account. Instead, they want me to get my insurance to buy analgesic cream that costs over $2 THOUSAND a month while continuing to excercise without a check-up by a competent back doctor. They tried to dissuade me from stopping the program saying that it would cost the initial start up fee of 400 dollars to reestablish membership. GREEDY HACKS in my opinion.

We made the appointment and met with Hank. He sat with us an... read more

After the first consultation no further visits are scheduled with the doctor and I use that term loosely. Two months after taking the injections, I was notified that a new pharmacy would be sending the meds and I woul... read more

I visited Ultra Fitness to take advantage of the testosterone therapy. I had been working out for 11 months and wanted to increase muscle mass. My trainer recommended Ultra fitness. I continued on the therapy for about 9 months and decided to stop the injections due to personal reasons. I received regular blood tests and recommendations for change on doses as needed. When I decided to cancel the program, I was informed that they would charge me for an additional month after the cancellation. After I explained that I did not ... read more
