This was my first ever root canal, so I was very nervous about the procedure. However, staff explained the procedure and answered all my questions during my initial visit, which was helpful. During the actual procedure each step was explained along the way along with the sounds I could expect to hear with each tool/instrument used. I don’t think I’ve ever met more compassionate people in a healthcare setting. My root canal was complex and Dr. Oltra did an excellent job. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Everyone that works there is kind and quick to address any questions or concerns.
Dr. Oltra and his team are so incredible at what they do. I had a very tricky root canal treatment and they were kind and compassionate every step of the way. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more at ease in a doctor’s office.
