We enjoy staying in this building it is very clean and the management is always on top of the requests and addresses issues on a timely manner
I am a tenant at Ultra Encino Apartments for the last 24 years and I am very happy all across. This is very quiet small building and most of the tenants knows each others and they are very friendly. The apartments are large with balcony and beautiful garden. The building manager is super nice and friendly, he is always on the top of every maintenance request and he is making sure that the building and the swimming pool is always clean. I've been living at Ultra Encino for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool area and game room is perfect for relaxing on the weekends. One of the best aspects of living here is the management team. Been here for a little over a year and I see why people stay for 10 plus years. The manager is extremely responsive and it’s a friendly community to be in LA. It’s very quiet and a peaceful oasis in this bustling city. Any issues maintenance requests are handled quickly and any concerns have been promptly addressed.
Ultra Encino Apartments gives you the best bank for your buck. Great price for very spacious and newly renovated units. Building is very quiet in a good area and is close to all the stores and restaurants you would need. On site manager John was always helpful and super attentive in a timely manner when ever we needed anything. Sad to leave after almost 2 years to move closer to work, if it weren’t for that I wouldn’t be giving up this gem of an apartment.
