The electrician identified issues that the previous contractor missed during their inspection, taking the time to walk me through potential safety concerns with clear explanations. He completed the inspection thoroughly in a little over an hour, which was longer than anticipated but necessary given the circumstances.
Great electrician with excellent attention to detail. The technician arrived exactly when promised, inspected everything carefully, explained the repair clearly, and completed the work safely and efficiently.
I didn’t know what to expect from the inspection but they did find some old electrical faults, and took the time to go through each of them. The fixes have held up nicely over the past week and it was nice to get everything done in one morning.
After a previous bad experience with another contractor, it was a relief to have the electrician resolve our faulty outlet issue in under an hour by replacing a worn-out wire that wasn't obvious at first glance. He explained what he was doing and tested everything thoroughly before leaving, which gave me more confidence than I expected.👌
Good wiring and on time.
