I took a watch there to have a new battery put in. The jeweler wasn't there so they took the watch for me along with my information and told me that they'd give me a call when it was done. Fast forward to a week later, I still had not received any kind of call and when I called them it took them 10 minutes to even find my watch, which had apparently just been sitting there for a week.
