I found ultra comfort in Facebook marketplace. One of their sales guys came out to provide a quote. His communication was great. I just had the unit installed and they did a fantastic job. I’m very happy with everything.

Excellent service. Another dealer on Dundas St, told us that they could not install a Napoleon Oakville X3 gas insert to replace a 25-year-old unit. I called Ultra Comfort and Adam came to our home within 2 hours and said they had experienced similar situations and proposed cutting an inch or so from the side of the fireplace fire box. The installation crew under Matt came 3 days later and installed the new unit in about 2 1/2 hours and did not damage the stone front of the original fireplace. we are very satisfied with the ... read more
