Bruce is an absolute legend. His knowledge, care, work ethic are brilliant. I had previously used another company and was told the stains on my carpet could not be removed. Bruce asked me a lot of questions and went through the process with me. Bruce removed the stains and had my carpet smelling fresh. I was impressed by his honesty and integrity. Highly recommend Bruce.
