I made an appointment, I had to call them and they told me they were running late, but they would be at my house by 6 PM and they would call me on their way. I got a call at seven and said they couldn’t come and then be happy to do it another day. Why did I wait four hours for these guys then I told him they could come on Thursday if they were available, they never got back to me! Terrible.
Extremely pleased with results. Had rugs and sectional cleaned. Very professional. Highly recommend.
