Do not go here, it is a total rip off, I took my NEW car here today to get washed, it came out dirtier than when I brought it in. I paid $30 for a diamond wash today that included cleaning rims and tires. When the car came out the tires were not even wet and were covered with dust. When they were “finished” drying off the car I asked if they were going to clean the rims and informed them that I paid for them to be cleaned they rolled their eyes at me and carelessly wiped the rims with a dirty wet rag. Terrible service. They treat your car like it's their property. They're careless. They broke my mirror a while ago and never took responsibility, even though I filed a report. A lousy car wash.

In short: **Do not go here**. I brought my car in for a basic exterior cleaning. It should have been a total of $14, but will now cost hundreds in repairs. Your car will be damaged and they'll deny any of it being their fault and will refuse to reimburse you for any damages caused by their machine, or *themselves*. No matter what package you pay for, it all feels like the same basic wash. Even though they advertise inside and outside, the inside (including the inside windows) is often not done unless I specifically ask them to clean it. This has happened multiple times. I also think the workflow could improve if younger workers handled the front while older employees worked in the back areas. Overall, the service needs more consistency and attention to detail.

This is literally the worst car wash! They tell you to upgrade the type of wash and at the end you get the same basic car wash. I got the gold car wash which supposed to have wax. No waxing was done, they didn’t even remove the stains from outside. The car was still dirty from inside and out. When i told them the car is still dirty, they ignored me and just walked away. See pics, how is that a car that just got washed, I could have done a better job myself. **See pics, those are not scratches, when i wipe them with my hand ... read more
